Semiahmoo

Locals affectionately refer to it as 'sunny-ahmoo' and aviators know it as 'the hole in the sky,' because the pervasive blanket of Northwest clouds always seems to part over Semiahmoo, allowing the sun to shine through year round. Its average temperatures are higher than those of Seattle and Vancouver, and in the summer it borders on being a temperate Mediterranean climactic zone. For all this, it sits just 1.5 hours drive from Seattle, and less than 1 hour from Vancouver. Effectively an outlying enclave of two major North American centers — with close access to three international airports — Horizon will allow residents to naturally connect not only with this spectacular land, but also with the very best that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
