Two championship golf courses grace the Semiahmoo Peninsula. The first was designed by Arnold Palmer and was named the Best New Resort Course in America in 1987. Its highly acclaimed neighbor, the Loomis Trail, was designed by Graham Cooke and was rated as the 3rd best private course in America when it opened in 1995. Together, the Semiahmoo Golf & Country Club and Loomis Trail Golf Course consistently rank in the top five courses in Washington, and offer players two excellent opportunities to take in the spectacular scenery and sunshine that surrounds them.
