Hitting the Beach

Semiahmoo boasts a 300-berth marina, including 60' of private moorage reserved for Members of Horizon. The Marina's location not only offers excellent access to the San Juan Islands and the Canadian Gulf Islands, it is the epicenter for Members wanting to sport fish for salmon, halibut, cod, crab and much more. The area is also famous for the most tranquil of pastimes. Beachcombers have explored the miles of shoreline for centuries, navigating the ancient driftwood, searching through vast assortments of shells and treasures that each tide brings. Birch Bay, known for its particularly warm water, offers an abundance of outdoor activities including swimming, skim boarding, kayaking and clamming.
